I have designed and delivered innovative change projects in which people learned as they resolved issues which enabled them to deliver more fully on what they cared about.

Current projects: My work with Integrative Development is built into (1) how Ovida is transforming the advancement of skills using AI and (2) how Cantoo is revolutionizing the 360° market. My work with The Five Maturities is built into an AI coaching tool co-developed with Margaret Moore to help people determine what they most need to learn.

THE MOMENT INSTITUTE

David founded the Institute in 2019 to teach his four bodies of work online and reach a wider audience. In 2025, David and the Institute relocated to Amsterdam. In 2026 he designed and transitioned the Institute to become an innovative membership community. It is focused on creating the new practitioners and the new practices that the world needs now.
