David has worked with 70 organizations around the world in support of their change and coaching initiatives. He uses his work with Integrative Development and coaching approaches to help organizations resolve their issues — as he did for CBA, Logitech, Nike, PwC and the State of Oregon (US) for example.
His focus now is as Head of Ovida Labs, an Ovida partner (ovida.io). Ovida is a leading AI scale-up, and their human-centered platform enables people to more effectively communicate by giving them a safe space and scaffolding to practice.
He continues to advise the Ovida founders and through Ovida Labs he supports enterprise users and coaching schools to manage the change process and get the most out of their use of the platform.
